My fiancée and I just moved out of a property managed by your company and I would like to say that Brendan was a pleasure to work with. We stayed for 2 and a half years and it was the best rental experience I have had. From the very start Brendan went above and beyond by operating through a short timeline to prepare the unit for us to move in on time. Throughout living there whenever we had an issue come up he was extremely responsive and timely in resolution. In one such case, our furnace broke down the day we were leaving for vacation. Brendan had a tech out the same day and even dropped by while we were gone to turn portable heaters on and ensure the pipes did not freeze. The furnace was fixed promptly.
