Meet the Team: Wendy Legeros
Wendy Legeros
Co-Owner/Broker; Complete Management Services
Hello and thank you for visiting my page!
My name is Wendy Legeros, I am the co-owner and broker of Complete Management Services. After spending 10 years working for Apartment Search; the leader in the apartment and townhome rental search industry, my partner Cheri and I decided to start our own property management company in 2004 and that was the inception of Complete Management Services!
I have experienced many ebbs and flows, highs and lows in this industry but one thing has always remained the same… my commitment to my clients. I believe that honesty, hard work, accountability and integrity are as important now as they were when I got my license in 1994. Maybe even more so now.
In addition to owning and operating this business, I also work part time for my parish which has given me it’s own share of blessings. I also enjoy spending time with my husband of 25+ years as well as my 2 adult children and their significant others. We go golfing, we go to restaurants, happy hour, yell at the TV every Sunday during Football season because we are diehard Vikings fans, and our most recent favorite pastime we tool around our beautiful small down Mound/West Lake Minnetonka community on our scooters (like a moped only better)! One of the best investments we ever made!
So that’s just a little about me. I am looking forward to what the future holds as I near “semi-retirement”. But don’t let that concern you. I’ll be doing this job until I die. It’s in my blood.
Call me anytime… but not on Sunday. :0)
