Hey everyone! I am a licensed Realtor, Associate Broker, and residential leasing specialist with a strong background in real estate, construction, and client service. After earning my associate degree in business, I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and have continued to build a well-rounded skill set that helps clients make informed, confident decisions.
With more than 12 years of experience in the rental industry and seven years in real estate sales, I can offer clients a comprehensive approach to buying, selling, leasing, and investment property ownership. For investors, I assist with property acquisition, tenant placement, management solutions, rent-rate analysis, and portfolio liquidation. My practical experience allows me to help evaluate whether a potential rental property has the numbers needed to perform as a strong cash-flowing investment.
I also enjoy working with home buyers and sellers, especially those beginning a new chapter. I take pride in communicating quickly, clearly, and effectively, and believe that trust is the foundation of every successful client relationship. My goal is to work hard, stay responsive, and create a smooth, positive experience tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, hunting, playing sports, and being with my wife, Ashlee, and our three children.
