NARPM, HUD, and FTC Investigation of Online Sales of Assistance Animal Documentation
Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that that Secretary Ben Carson requested investigation into website regarding the sales of assistance animal documentation.
Meetings and cooperation between NARPM® and HUD, in addition to work with Congress on this topic continues. NARPM is an advocate for the concerns of property owners and landlords on this issue.
