I pride myself on listening to my clients and thinking outside the box to help them meet the investment goals they have in mind. Communication and detail are my strengths, which I can attribute to my past in Retail Management and Real Estate Property Management. After 28 years in the Real Estate industry and 22 years of co-owning Complete Management, I have learned what works efficiently and what doesn’t. However, as we all know there is always something to learn and I am always open to learning and listening to ideas. Realtors receive commissions BUT you are not just a commission to me. My goal is to earn your trust, work hard and listen to your goals and concerns, gain your loyalty and respect, and strive to continue our original goal when we started the company of “Invest and let us do the rest”.

My name is Wendy Legeros, I am the co-owner and broker of Complete Management Services. After spending 10 years working for Apartment Search; the leader in the apartment and townhome rental search industry, my partner Cheri and I decided to start our own property management company in 2004 and that was the inception of Complete Management Services! I have experienced many ebbs and flows, highs and lows in this industry but one thing has always remained the same…my commitment my clients. I believe that honesty, hard work, accountability and integrity are as important now as they were when I got my license in 1994. Maybe even more so now.

With more than 12 years of experience in the rental industry and seven years in real estate sales, I can offer clients a comprehensive approach to buying, selling, leasing, and investment property ownership. My practical experience allows me to help evaluate whether a potential rental property has the numbers needed to perform as a strong cash-flowing investment. I also enjoy working with home buyers and sellers, especially those beginning a new chapter. Greetings! After graduating from the University of North Dakota in 2019 with a BBA in Marketing and Operations and Supply Chain Management, I decided to acquire my Real Estate License in 2023. It has always been a priority of mine to treat my clients with unconditional respect. To have open, honest, and quick communication and most importantly to provide a work ethic that is unquestioned. The Real Estate field can be a complex and intimidating industry to invest in, but you can rest assured that the CMS team will have your investment and best interests at the forefront of what we do.
