After years of retail work experience, I had to find a career that would enable me to enjoy providing excellence in customer service AND be able to spend quality time with my growing family! In 1998 I set out to get my real estate license and joined Apartment Search. This position allowed me the flexibility I needed and the opportunity to advance to management of their local offices. In September of 2004 Apartment Search began to downsize locations so Wendy and I ventured out on our own opening Complete Management Services. Finding the “perfect rental” to fit client needs, working with owners to fill vacancies, and limited property management has been a “win-win” situation. I have also recently obtained my Brokers License. Being a small business owner has allowed me to make my family top priority and help you spend more time with family and friends because of the service I am able to provide to you!

Wendy Legeros, Broker/Co-Owner
Obtained my real estate license in 1994 and my broker’s license 1999. Worked as a rental consultant and sales manager at Apartment Search from 1992-2004, receiving many awards throughout my career for top honors in revenue generated, personal referrals generated and excellence in customer service. Brendan Ashton, Licensed Real Estate Professional/Leasing Specialist
I obtained my Real Estate license in 2014 after finishing up two years of college receiving my associate’s degree in Business. In my spare time, I love hunting, fishing, playing baseball and spending time with my wife Ashlee, my daughter Wrenley and my two dogs Raven and Zoey. I’ve always had an interest in and passion for the Real Estate business and decided to pursue it. I have the ability to be a one stop shop for rental investors as I can help with the acquisition of the property as well as placing the tenants and managing the property. I have a Bachelors degree in Family and Human Development and a Masters degree in Leadership and Management. I obtained my Certificate in Residential Management in 2016 and received my Real Estate License in 2018. I have been working in the multi-housing industry managing apartment communities since 2013 and looking forward to branching out my services to more individualized clients.
