My fiancée and I just moved out of a property managed by your company and I would like to say that Brendan was a pleasure to work with. We stayed for 2 and a half years and it was the best rental experience I have had. From the very start Brendan went above and beyond by operating through a short timeline to prepare the unit for us to move in on time. Throughout living there whenever we had an issue come up he was extremely responsive and timely in resolution. In one such case, our furnace broke down the day we were leaving for vacation. Brendan had a tech out the same day and even dropped by while we were gone to turn portable heaters on and ensure the pipes did not freeze. The furnace was fixed promptly. Thanks to cases like these, we were able to make the place our home with minimal worry. Thanks so much for the great service!

Cheri has helped us rent out our two properties multiple times. On a scale of 1 to 5, Cheri is hands down a 5. She is fantastic. Not only does she find quality, dependable tenants, but she finds them fast. ‘With the first rental property I purchased I thought I would save a few $ and rent it myself. Well that did not turn out like I had planed… The tenant was a criminal and knew how to work the system in order to stay in my property at my expense. By the time I had the person evicted they had damaged my rental property and cost me several thousand dollars.
